Self Help Nonsense and Corporate Schizophrenic Motivational Tactics

Most companies wish to motivate their employees to take more pride in their work, work harder, take fewer breaks and perform at optimum levels, thus they spend money on motivating employees to increase productivity. They'll put coffee closer to the work stations to keep the caffeine in their systems, they will pipe in music to increase productivity levels and they will have "oh my god" rah rah sessions to motivate the ever living crap out of ever thing that moves, ha!

By the time they get done with you, you'd swear you were in the US Marine Corp yelling "Semper Fidelis!" or kill the enemy? Some of the techniques used to inspire employees are just too funny, definitely psychological trickery tactics, like pulling an employee aside and telling them what a great job they are doing, as if they care. They just want you to work your butt off, so they look good and get promoted for their; Great Leadership Skills!

You must be very careful to not get caught up in all this motivational and inspirational nonsense, and it can be trying at times. Oh, the management books and human resource recommendation for employees are hilarious to read, and to think this stuff actually works is comical, but that's why they do it. The funny thing is it even works on them, yes, the management has a whole hierarchy of kiss butters, kudos, and everyone is falling all over themselves to get an award.

Indeed, they call these techniques all sorts of things, but what it really is just propaganda and more Corporate Schizophrenic motivation tactics. And I don't mean to laugh at you, but you, like the rest fell for it. Think on this.
